EyeSee360 is the technology leader in single-shot panoramic imaging for both still and video photography. EyeSee360 has applied decades of research in robotic vision, image rendering, and software interface expertise to the challenge of creating interactive panoramic still images and videos. EyeSee360, Inc. (formerly Telemersion, LLC) was founded in 1998 as an offshoot of Carnegie Mellon University, and is headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA.
Our team has decades of experience in imaging and computer vision through the Robotics Institute of Carnegie Mellon University. Its optical technology and software capabilities were originally designed for robotics applications for aviation and military use. EyeSee360 is pursuing consumer and broadcast markets for its products.
Development Services
EyeSee360 is an independent software and hardware developer. We provide software solutions for panoramic imaging, including commercial products (PhotoWarp® and VideoWarp®) and customized software solutions on a contract basis. We are experienced developers on both Windows and Mac OS X platforms.
We develop software for the Microsoft Windows® platform, including Windows Vista® and Windows 7®. We use Microsoft Visual Studio and the .NET framework for most of our graphical software, and Windows Presentation Foundation for our forthcoming releases. On Mac OS X we use XCode and the Cocoa framework for all our graphical applications. Our unwarping software libraries are cross-platform written in C++ and take advantage of multi-core processing and the latest processor and GPU technologies. EyeSee360 also develops and manufactures our own panoramic optic designs. Our panoramic optic was sold under license by Kaidan as the 360 One VR® product until 2008. We launched our own GoPano® panoramic optics in 2008. Our patented mirror profile can be custom manufactured to achieve a desired field of view or conform to physical constraints. We can design and manufacture custom mirror profiles for your application, in small or large quantities, in as few as four weeks. All of our hardware products are proudly designed, manufactured and assembled in the United States.
To date, EyeSee360 has been issued 7 U.S. Patents for our unique technologies. We continue to invent new technologies to drive forward the state of the art in panoramic imaging. The best is yet to come.
