Getting Help

If you are having trouble using PhotoWarp, there are several steps you can take to get help:

    Documentation on our web site discusses how to use the various features of PhotoWarp to get your work done. We keep the most up-to-date documentation online, so check back to see if your question has been addressed.

  • Find License Key

    If you have lost your license key for a registered copy of PhotoWarp, use this form to have the key emailed to you.

  • EyeSee360 Forum

    The Forum is an open discussion group consisting of 360 One VR users, EyeSee360 and Kaidan personnel. Many active discussion topics are already online. You can freely browse the discussions, or register to participate on the forum.

Reporting Bugs

If you think you have identified a bug in PhotoWarp, please report it to us so that we can identify and remedy the problem. Email us at photowarp-bugs@eyesee360.com with a detailed report. Bug reports should include the following information:

  • Summary

    A sentence that describe the problem in general.

  • Platform and Version

    Which version of Mac OS X or Windows are you using? Which version of PhotoWarp?

  • Severity

    How serious of a problem the bug poses. Bugs that cause a crash or loss of data are the most serious and will be fixed as soon as possible. Bugs that are mostly cosmetic are less severe.

  • Description

    A detailed description of how you discovered the bug, and what symptoms identify the bug.

  • Steps to Reproduce

    A step-by-step description of how to reproduce the bug. If we are not able to reproduce the bug here, we will not be able to fix it.

  • Contact Information

    We may need to get in touch with you to resolve or isolate a bug. Please provide contact information (such as an email address or phone number) where we can reach you for more information. We will also notify you when the bug has been fixed.
